About Us

B.D.Saboo and Associates (BDS) is established in the year 1989 by CA Bhagwan Das Saboo, the senior partner as a proprietary concern and later in 2003 was constituted as partnership firm by admitting CA Shyam Sunder Modani who is now the Managing Partner.

The BDS team is a well mixture of youth and seniority. While the senior partners have decades of experience, the young team members have vibrant energy and are work enthusiasts. Together, these attributes enhance the client servicing and the value delivered.The team is supported by 25+ members as on today.

The firm conducts seminars every weekend to keep its team well updated with the latest amendments, technology and tax planning.The majority of the team comprises of its home grown article trainees who chose to continue with the firm after qualifying the CA. This led to an cohesive team with common culture.
